Chemène provides expert consultancy services covering diverse aspects of education, training and performance.  Following are some examples of current and recent projects.  

Committee member

Chemène is a current member of the Learning and Teaching Committee for a reputable Higher Education provider. In this role she provides advice on the organisation’s learning and teaching strategies, policies, procedures and practices.

Industry advisor, reviewer and editor

Chemène is frequently asked to review and edit organisational documents.  Examples of current and recent roles include:

  • Academic Integrity Specialist for a 6-month assessment development project for the Aged Care Industry (2025)
  • Review and provide feedback on RTO documention relating to TAE – training and assessment strategies or equivalent
  • Editor of workbooks designed by a peak industry body to support delivery of foundation skill training.

Coach and mentor

Chemène acts as coach or mentor to people wanting to improve their effectiveness as leaders, presenters, educators and more – coaching and mentoring may occur as part of a larger project, or on an individual basis.  Current and recent examples include:

  • Westpac – engaged part time for 6 months to upskill and support experienced Westpac facililitators, in assessment.
  • Australian Human Rights Commission – managed a 6-month project helping SME staff learn to develop online learning modules covering the 10 Childcare Principles.
